The Blue Exoplanet (V2)

After the other blue glass-raining exoplanet, we have another (don't worry. She can't rain glass, so she's safer). Kepler-283c (A.K.A, Azule) is an oceanic hippocampus in a similar way as Ocealine. Unlike Ocealine, Azule is incredibly sensitive, and is highly vulnerable to fear. Emotions guide the oceanic exoplanet, which makes her the creative one in her system. However, as the emotional one, if she decided to go ballistic, it's best to just let her be.
